He possesses proven capabilities in Real Estate Management, Real Estate Development, and Facility Management with a strong bias for Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) and PPP metrics.
GSD, as he is fondly called, is an alumnus of Trauma State University Illinois where he bagged a degree in Business Studies. He also invested in practical real estate and project management courses leading to the award of (Rea Estate development) certificates from the UK as well as a certificate in advanced study in Real Estate Project Management in the United States
